The vines of Chaumoux in Brinay, planted at the end of the sixties, are rooted into red and orange gravels of clay. A part of the massal selections planted on our vineyard comes from this plot. Their grapes are usually the last to be picked and they offer powerful and fleshy wines, fitted with this mineral salinity that works wonders on seafood.
The Terroirs Collection comprises five distinct cuvées, four of which are AOC Quincy, each sourced from a specific plot of old vines and vinified in 8- to 9-year-old barrels and/or in concrete egg-shaped tanks using indigenous yeasts. And now, Les Coignons, the latest addition, is AOC Reuilly!

📝 Wine tasting sheets
A delicate nose, slight anise and mineral notes that open up on smokey flavours emphasized by a touch of citrus fruit such as mandarin and kumquat. The mouth is ample and silky with notes of lime peel. The powerful body is highlighted by a very refreshing peppermint finish.
