This vintage is elaborated from the vines that are roughly 20 years’ old and that grow on a terroir dominated by the sandy gravels of the Cher valley, which gives vivid, dashing, swift and elegant wines, sprinkled with sparkles of citrus fruit.
The ladies’ favourite… It goes well at the aperitif with goat cheese from the Berry, with a Ceviche or with clams cooked in butter, parsley and garlic (the famous ‘en persillade’).
To enjoy from 1 to 5 years in order to keep the freshness of the Sauvignon Blanc. Although our wines do keep longer!

Wine tasting notes
A fine, delicate and complex nose: the first nose reveals a slight vegetal hint closely followed up by nice ripe fruit (white peach) and a small touch of minerality in the end.
In the mouth, the attack is fresh on notes of grapefruit and candied lemon. Its vividness, its sharpness give in to unctuosity and a beautiful minerality. The superb final, on fine bitter flavours, will ravish your saline meals!
Wine and food pairing
Serve between 10 and 12°C at the aperitif with pink shrimps and a few fritters of zucchini flowers, to accompany a nice plate of seafood or on a white meat with a soupçon of tandoori!
