This vintage is elaborated from the vines that are roughly 20 years’ old and that grow on a terroir dominated by the sandy gravels of the Cher valley, which gives vivid, dashing, swift and elegant wines, sprinkled with sparkles of citrus fruit.
The ladies’ favourite… It goes well at the aperitif with goat cheese from the Berry, with a Ceviche or with clams cooked in butter, parsley and garlic (the famous ‘en persillade’).
To enjoy from 1 to 5 years in order to keep the freshness of the Sauvignon Blanc. Although our wines do keep longer!

Wine tasting notes
A fine, delicate and complex nose: the first nose reveals a slight vegetal hint closely followed up by nice ripe fruit (white peach) and a small touch of minerality in the end.
In the mouth, the attack is fresh on notes of grapefruit and candied lemon. Its vividness, its sharpness give in to unctuosity and a beautiful minerality. The superb final, on fine bitter flavours, will ravish your saline meals!
« Ce Quincy égrène avec parcimonie mais délicatesse des notes de citron vert, de zeste d’agrumes et de bourgeon de cassis. Franche en attaque, la bouche est imprégnée d’une acidité marquée qui se maintient jusqu’à la finale, aux évocations citronnées. Une nervosité bien présente dans cette année solaire. pour les fruits de mer. » (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2024)
« The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose is aromatic, herbaceous, tangy and expresses the typicality of Sauvignon Blanc. It offers notes of boxwood and cut grass (pronounced, but fresh and pleasant), gooseberry, passion fruit, green apple, lemon zest, lime, as well as subtle floral notes of honeysuckle and acacia. On the palate, the wine offers sapidity, freshness and a tangy fruitiness, combined with notes of fresh herbs. It expresses the flavors of gooseberries, passion fruit, pomelo, lemon, lime, tart apricot as well as cut grass, acacia and a saline mineral touch. The finish is quite persistent, with a slight bitterness of lime and a salivating acidity. A straightforward, fresh and fragrant wine. Score : 15+/20 (89-90/100) » (Vert de Vin n°23, juillet 2023)
« Fruits blancs, bouche gourmande, sauvignon mûr, plein, équilibré, savoureux » 15/20 (Le Point, janvier 2021)
