Our comfortable 165m2 gite is ideal for spending time with family or friends in the centre of France and the Berry region, the gateway to Sologne. It’s situated on the Domain, a quiet peaceful place in the old 18th stables of the farm.

Come and relax in the Berry countryside, make the most of the pool in the summer, visit the Centre-Loire wine cellars, the Loire chateaux or the magnificent town of Bourges with its UNESCO listed cathedral, cycle along the Berry canal or visit the Capazza gallery in Nançay, in Sologne…

  • Ground floor: large living/dining room (60m2) with open fire. Convertible settee (140 cm). Fully equipped kitchen
  • First floor: 4 bedrooms (2 with 3 single beds, 1 with 2 single beds, 1 with a double bed of 160 cm) plus space under the eaves with 2 single beds - Reading corner with a single bed on the landing - 2 bathrooms, one with shower, one with bath - 2 toilets
  • Outside: private fenced garden, owners' outdoor swimming pool at disposal (12x5m), deck chairs, garden furniture
  • Equipment: Wifi, dishwasher, micro-wave, fridge with freezer compartment, electric radiators and open fire, cot and high chair
  • Parties and receptions: you can hire the wine-tasting room and the adjoining room for family parties. Capacity: 30 to 40 people
