This vintage is blended with the adult vines planted on a terroir of clay gravels, giving powerful, fleshy, floral wines that fill the mouth on a saline dorsal.
Wine for starters, it will easily go with cooked fish as well as with white meat. It explodes on oysters, with a beautiful mineral final.
To enjoy between 1 to 5 years to keep the freshness of the Sauvignon Blanc. Although our wines do keep longer!

Wine tasting notes
A pretty colour, slighly ambered. Its nose is intense and opens up on a floral background, complemented with notes of boxwood, hazelnuts and citrus fruit. Its mouth is ample and structured by a liveliness full of jammy citrus flavours, sustained by a developed acidity, providing it with a long finish. A touch of peppermint and saline bitterness accentuate the final.
« The bright gold yellow opens up onto an intense and flattering nose which associates scents of flowers (acacia) to those of yellow and white fruit (peach, plum). The mouth’s supple attack offers fleshy sensations, power, a well-balanced tangy freshness, as well as aromas of citrus (grapefruit) that persist in a crisp and long finish. A beautiful Quincy. », tasting comment at the Concours des Ligers 2025 (Liger Argent, vintage 2024)
« Beautiful colour, well-balanced flavours, good persistence», tasting comment in the Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2025 (gold medal, vintage 2024)
« Little citrus peel and mineral aromas; palate of well defined lemon, pomelo zest and a bright acidity. », tasting comment at Decanter World Wine Awards 2024 (silver medal, 93 points, vintage 2023)
« Pretty sunny colour with a bright glow. Particularly charming with its scents of perfumed flowers (lilac, violet) and of fruity candy, this suave, wrapped-up and demonstrative bouquet calls for tasting. This well-built cru’s sharp and straightforward profile has seduced wine-tasters. The flavours of green apple and lemon express themselves without moderation, highlighted by a nice rich mouthfeel. A sappy, full and harmonious appreciated length. », tasting comment in the Guide Vins & Terroirs Authentiques 2024-2025 (3 étoiles, 15/20, vintage 2023)
« The nose, light as well as delicate, exhales notes of exotic and citrus fruit softened by a hint of honey. Fleshy yet gifted with a nice freshness, persistant on flavours of white flowers and lemon, the mouth exhibits a well-assured balance. Why not on a Tatin of endives? », comment in the Guide Hachette des vins 2025 (1 star, vintage 2023)
« Complex nose, nice roundness, good balance », comment at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2024 (silver medal, vintage 2023)
« The wine has a pale lemon color. The nose is fragrant, fruity and offers a certain complexity. It expresses notes of fresh fruits (yellow lemon, grapefruit, orange zest) and candied citrus (lime jam), green apple, as well as slightly sweet notes of yellow plum, white peach and fresh apricot. There are also floral touches (lily, apple blossom), a slight herbaceous note (peppermint), as well as a very slight iodised and saline note in the background. On the palate, the wine offers roundness, notes of fleshy stone fruits (yellow peach, apricot), ripe citrus fruits (yellow lemon, a touch of orange, pomelo), white flowers (apple blossom, acacia), as well as sweet notes of candied citrus fruits and honey in the background. The finish is long, chiseled, tangy, slightly bitter and mineral (iodised and saline). Beautiful freshness, precision with a generous fruity substance. Score : 15.25/20 (90/100) », comment in Vert de Vin nr. 23, July 2023 (15.25/20, vintage 2023).
Wine and food pairing
Serve between 10 and 12°C at the aperitif with crumbled tuna with wakamé algae (from the Compagnie Bretonne) or the perfect match for oysters. It also pairs very well with fish baked in foil with citronella or combava. Suggestion from an American customer: crab cakes…
