The Cave Romane

The wines of our Quincy appelation Domaines develop at Brinay in the old farm of the chateau, at the Cave Romane, which combines tradition and modernity. Fitted with the best equipment, pneumatic presses, thermoregulated cellars and climate-controlled racks, it has focused on encouraging the highest quality wine since 1994.

The Cave du Tremblay

Since 2005 we have renovated part of the farm at the Domaine de Tremblay where the old stables of the Domaine were. In this building which dates from the 17th century we have built another cellar, a tasting cellar and a rural gîte.

The cellar consists of:
• An underground cellar where we now develop the Sucellus vintage from selected old vines, in oak barrels.
• A ground-level vault where we develop the Reuilly des Demoiselles.
