Created in 2014 to finally make a wine to go with the famous…Tarte Tatin! In Reuilly, we like Pinot Gris, it gives us wines with a nice fruit but little acidity. That’s why we planted a third of Pinot Blanc to bring the necessary freshness to the elaboration of sparkling wines. Manual harvest, Ancestral Method vinification (it undergoes only one alcoholic fermentation), manual bottling without preliminary filtration. Zero Dosage, Extra Brut.

📝 Wine tasting notes
A fine and delicate nose with notes of fresh fruit like wild peach (the famous ‘pêche de vigne’). The bubbles are fine but can vary from one bottle to another! It’s the magic of ancestral methods of fermentation, each bottle is unique! The mouth is fresh, straight and vivid.
