Better known in Alsace than in our central lands, Pinot Gris does however exist in Reuilly! It is classified in the rosé colour section yet vinified like white wine! Its colour stems from the colour pigments (anthocyanins) contained in the skin of Pinot Gris berries (skin maceration). Famously known in the Berry, this astonishing Gris wine made of Pinot Gris will ravish you with its suppleness and finesse. Provided with fruity savours of peach, apricot, cherry… Pleasurable wine to discover on a hot summer day, at the aperitif and to try…with a Tarte Tatin!
👉 Psst, you’ll find more about the cuvée, the terroir & the vinification in our blog article Le Gris de Reuilly.

📝 Wine tasting notes
« Light, bright peach and raspberry seed aromas lead to a palate of fresh redcurrant, stone fruit and savoury saline. », commentaire du Concours Decanter World Wine Awards (87 points)
« Marmelade d’abricots et pêches, ce rosé affiche un profil solaire à l’olfaction, contrebalancé par une réelle fraîcheur en bouche, où il se montre ouvert et croquant. », commentaire du Guide Hachette des vins 2025.
A « rosé typique de reuilly, nez aromatique, bouche puissante, intense, belle équilibre », according to the jury of the Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2023.
« A wine whose luminous and bright pale pink-yellow colour, offers a generous and delicate nose that mixes the smells of opulent white flowers (seringat, privet) with those of fruit (pear, peach) and soft spices. In the mouth, the entry is fresh, rich, fleshy and well-balanced, on delicate fruity aromas (gooseberry, grapefruit, cherry) that linger in a persistent, enjoyable and racy final. A very beautiful Reuilly rosé. », comment of the jury of the Concours des Ligers 2020.
