And here’s the last born of our Collection Terroirs, still made with Sauvignon Blanc, but grown on the Reuilly appellation this time! Les Coignons, named after the vine plot planted in 2012 on a kimmeridgian clay-limestone slope, is vinified with indigenous yeasts and aged for a year in a vat. This plot gives us wines with a beautiful tension, a powerful salinity and notes of citrus fruit strengthened by a good deal of freshness.
The Terroirs Collection comprises five distinct cuvées, four of which are AOC Quincy, each sourced from a specific plot of old vines and vinified in 8- to 9-year-old barrels and/or in concrete egg-shaped tanks using indigenous yeasts. And now, Les Coignons, an AOC Reuilly, joins the family.

« The “Les Coignons” plot is situated on a fine Kimmeridgian clay-limestone hillside. In the glass, aromas of white-fleshed and exotic fruits unfold alongside floral nuances, creating a complex white wine. Broad, rich, and fresh all at once, the palate displays a confident balance and is lifted by a lovely touch of lemony zest on the finish. », tasting comment in the Guide Hachette des Vins 2025 (2 Stars, vintage 2023)
