This beautiful selection of Pinot Noir planted on a terroir of clay gravels in Preuilly and on kimmeridgian marl (clay and limestone) at the Coignons gives fresh, fleshy, round and balanced wines. Cherries, raspberries on a spicy and cocoa bouquet mark this nice aromatic pallet.

📝 Wine tasting notes
Carmine colour with pretty ocre reflections. A complex nose with notes of morello cherries and cherry pits, followed by fresh and spicy red fruit aromas. Although it leaves a global impression of freshness in the mouth, this wine is far from lacking roundness. In addition to the red fruit, the mouthfeel reveals spicy notes and an enjoyable peppery touch in particular. In the end, a salivating final that feels like bloody orange.
« The shiny red grenate colours with dark reflections opens up to an intense nose which associates scents of flowers to those of red fruit (raspberry) and gets richer with nuances of caramel sweeties. The supple attack of the mouth offers a fleshy matter, complexity, a well-balanced freshness as well as aromas of fruit (cherries) and toasted flavours that envelop melted tannins, then persist in a greedy finish. Beautiful red Reuilly. », tasteing comment at the Concours des Ligers 2025 (Silver Liger, vintage 2023)
« Initially reserved in expression, playing on classic and subtle nuances, the nose evokes raspberry and blueberry. The palate is smooth, velvety, with good volume, supported by supple tannins for finesse. » (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2024)
