After watching the Klapisch movie ‘Ce qui nous lie’, Maroussia decided to put a bit of whole grapes back into fermentation – and she did right! Écarlate, it’s new, it bursts of fresh red fruit and spices, it goes down pretty fast and the bottles don’t last (only 3000)!

A light and bright colour. A rich and complex nose full of red fruit (gooseberries and strawberries). A very greedy, straight, supple and tangy flavoured mouth. Complex aromas : cherries, vanilla, spices …
« 35% of whole bunch in this red wine which is wide open, with notes of well-ripened red and black fruit (cherry, blackcurrant…) counter-balanced by pepper flavours and a touch of flowers.
