\nA nose that opens up on very ripe white fruit, on spices with slight vanilla hints and on candied and jammy citrus fruit. An ample mouth beginning with a light pastry sweetness, followed by the return of the acidity, which structures the whole set. An unctuous and powerful wine.<\/p>\n

\u00ab This wine exhibits a pale and limpid colour with delicate greenish shimmers, which foretell a nice freshness. At first contact, it seduces by its aromas of ripe white fruit, strengthened by notes of mango and litchi. The balance in the mouth is remarkable, offering a full-bodied texture with a slight touch of bitterness, sign of its youth. An elegant cuv\u00e9e which invites you in for discovery and friendly time. \u00bb, tasting comment at the Concours des Ligers (Silver Liger, vintage 2025)<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\u00ab A pale yellow robe, reminiscent of Naples, with a white gold hue. This delicate, spring-like bouquet blends notes of ripe citrus with white-fleshed fruits (peach, pear). A pastry note (brioche, viennoiseries) completes a charming aromatic profile. Highly aromatic, this mature vintage displays exemplary density. Its rich texture and ripe fruit flavors (citrus, white-fleshed fruits) are balanced by a persistent acidity that lingers from the first sip to the finish. \u00ab The wine has a pale lemon color with green reflections. The nose offers freshness, juiciness and a very slight sweetness. It expresses notes of crushed green apple, green pear, lemon, lemon zest, fresh quince, white peach, as well as delicate herbaceous touches (verbena, lemon thyme), apple blossom and acacia. On the palate, the wine offers roundness, juiciness and complexity. It expresses notes of ripe stone fruit (yellow peach, apricot), crushed green apple, grapefruit, lemon, lemon zest yellow, as well as herbaceous (verbena, lemon thyme, peppermint in the base) and floral (acacia, apple blossom) notes. The finish is lively, tangy, with energy and good persistence. It offers fresh and slightly bitter citrus notes (grapefruit, lime), as well as mineral, slightly smoky and herbaceous touch (oregano). This vintage is elaborated with the grapes from 4 of our vineyard’s plots of old vines<\/strong> aged from 45 to 65 years, of which half are rooted into sandy gravels and the other half into clay gravels. This delicate and well-balanced<\/strong> wine, which is aged on fine lees, has a supple and soft<\/strong> attack, fine, it slowly evolves into ripe fruit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
