The nose is seductive, mixing notes of linden flowers to white fruit, creating summer vibes. Its full-bodied mouth is perfectly balanced with a vivid acidity, offering a long and elegant finish. The mouth&#8217;s vivid attack offers fleshy sensations, unctuosity, a good-balanced freshness, as well as fruity aromas (grapefruit, pineapple) which persist in a crisp, elegant and long finish. It offers notes of boxwood and cut grass <\/em><em>(pronounced, but fresh and pleasant), gooseberry, passion fruit, green apple, lemon <\/em><em>zest, lime, as well as subtle floral notes of honeysuckle and acacia. On the palate, the <\/em><em>wine offers sapidity, freshness and a tangy fruitiness, combined with notes of fresh <\/em><em>herbs. It expresses the flavors of gooseberries, passion fruit, pomelo, lemon, lime, <\/em><em>tart apricot as well as cut grass, acacia and a saline mineral touch. The finish is quite <\/em><em>persistent, with a slight bitterness of lime and a salivating acidity.
